✨ Your Role: Receptionist cum Computer Operator / Office Assistant
What You'll Do
Your responsibilities may include:
✅ Managing front office operations and greeting clients with a smile
✅ Handling calls, emails, and scheduling appointments
✅ Maintaining clear records, files, and databases (MIS & CRM)
✅ Working with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets
✅ Managing company social media pages and online interactions
✅ Assisting with day-to-day office tasks, client communication, and records management
✅ Supporting the team to uphold our mission and values
🎯 What We’re Looking For

A friendly, professional attitude and a genuine passion for helping others

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic to advanced skills in MS Office, emails, and internet-based tools

Familiarity with CRM systems and social media handling is a plus

Relevant diploma or degree (B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA, or equivalent)

Experience: 0-2 years — freshers are welcome to apply!

Comfortable with day shifts, based in Ranchi, Jharkhand
